2019 3D layers not working properly
Hi, I just updated AE to 2019 today and noticed this frustrating issue. I am trying to animate two circles in 3D space. However when I move one of them backwards in Z space, it remains visible on top of the other! Seems to be prioritizing layer order in the comp and I can’t understand why. Screenshots below. Is there something I’m missing??

There are a number of features that prevent layers from being processed together in 3D:
