2 x Sennheiser G2’s
Is it possible to have two Sennheiser G2 transmitters transmitting to a single receiver i.e on the same frequency? Would this then just record both onto one track if the receiver was plugged into a camera?

NO
You cant do that.
You can have 1 transmitter being picked up by 2 receivers but not 2 transmitters to 1 receiver.

No, but if you had an AT1800 wireless you could use two transmitters and one receiver because the receiver is actually two receivers in one.
