I was pushing a camera through particles created in Trapcode Particular when one of my two views (active camera) went to black. I tried changing it back to a single view, changed the resolution to a quarter, re-starting my computer and disabled OpenGL, but it did not fix anything.

So now the only way I can work on the project is with two views and one of them is black. My project rendered out perfectly though.

This has never happened to me before and I’m not very good at troubleshooting AE….please help!

p.s: I am using AE CS3 and on a brand new Quad-Core Intel Xeon with 8G memory.

Will the particles come back when you move backwards to your startingpoint with the camera?

I tried undoing several steps back, to when the camera was at it’s original pt, but it’s still blank.
