I wanted to know what kind of plug in et technical method, i had to use to make this “Ink effect” in your opinion.

Search (chercher) the COW for “ink”, please.
Also try searching for “gnarls”.

Start with an image of an inkblot.
Add an elliptical mask.
Animate the mask from the center from 0 until it reveals the entire image.
Apply Vector Blur and play wit the amount and ridge softness.
Use as a track matte.
