  2 subtitles but no the same duration

  Hi

  my movie is a documentary movie. need to put the subtitles of the people that are speaking and when we are saying this people the first time I want his name in the left corner above.

  but I want that the name will stay printed on the screen a different time of the subtitle.

  mean that the subtitle will be 2 seconds and after the other 3 seconds and the name will be 5 seconds (for example).

  when I tried I saw that I can only display the name the same time of the subtitle and if I put the name with the 2 subtitles so the name is blinking like the subtitle when the second subtitle appears after the first…

  Has someone a solution for me?

  I’m using Encore DVD 1.5 or 2
