2 Quick Color Questions
Hey Everyone,
I posted this in the Color Forum but got no response, so I thought I’d give it a try here. Two little things. Thanks for the help.
1) Is there a way to turn on the scale/rim/outer ring/whatever it’s called for the vectorscope in Color? If not, how do you know if your saturation limits are beyond legal? Do you have to use the waveform display?
2) What’s the benifit of using the “Limit Shadow Adjustment” option for grading shadows? Given the way the manual describes this, I would have thought this to be no different than the way adjusting the blacks always worked. I’m not too familiar with Color yet. Is there some other type of Shadow adjustment going on as well?
