I answered you earlier in a similar post.
Are you rendering out in the HD format and is it HD you
have on the timeline (Whats your render specs)?
Also do you have effects on the timeline?

Yes I am rendering it out in HD 720p and it is also in HD on the timeline when I first imported (from Fraps). For effects, yes I am using an effect that I got from a preset package I installed, also I am changing the contrast from: Brightness & Contrast -> Default -> Contrast. I will post some pictures with my render settings below:

Looks normal to me for rendering to HD as well as the render time of two hours.

Looks normal to me considering you have a Core i3 which is not designed for video work. Check Intel’s site and see what it says:

Intel Core i3 Processor: Smart performance starts here for common tasks like listening to music

Intel Core i5 Processor: Smart performance with a speed boost for video, email, and Internet

Intel Core i7 Processor: Ultimate smart performance for multimedia creation and serious multitasking

Lots of people don’t realize this. Core i3 is a minimalist CPU designed for web surfing and word processing and not much else. It is not designed for multimedia creation so you should expect extremely long render times with that CPU.

As i told you before Brandon, and as everyone else here is
also telling you, that is a normal render time for what
you have rendering out and the system that you have.

So if you want faster output, you are gonna have to get a much
    more powerful system.
