Installed a GTX 470 yesterday and was able to get 24fps playback with a green bar from RED 4.5K footage with Resolve set to “Quarter Res Good” THis was with 2 apple 23 inch cinema displays hooked up to the 470 card. Then Pulled out the BMD HDMI I/O and put the GT 120 in slot 2. Hooked up the LED’s to the GT120. NO Monitors are attached to the 470. Launched the same project in Resolve and could not get 24fps playback on any of the debayer settings. Even “1/16th Res Good” setting would only give me 20fps.

When I launched Resolve with this configuration I would not get the error message saying I am using the graphics card for monitors (words to that effect) So it seems that the app “knows” about the 470 being in place. Is there some setting within Resolve that needs to be selected. Or is this a “Lite” issue?

    Thanks Folks!

    Hi Chad,

Resolve Lite only supports one GPU.

Please do send me your Resolve Logs if you’d like me to look into it for you.

    I hope this helps!

    Thanks,

    Dan
