    Hi Cows,

    I am editing a 16×9/full frame/1.78 project and would like to drop it in to a 4×3 letterboxed 1.78 timeline.

    What aspect or scale setting should I be putting in?

    FCP should scale this correctly when you drop it in and letterbox it automatically.
