    Hello,
I have recently completed a video that was shot on a panasonic hvx200 (16:9) and edited 16:9; however, I have tried several things when exporting from final cut with quick time conversion to keep the 16:9 aspect ration but it always comes out 4:3, including going into options and choosing a custom size, etc… Does anyone know what I need to do to keep this ratio. Thanks..

    Hi Chris,
You are playing your clip with QT and by default QT display all with Square pixels.
There is nothing wrong with your picture. If you want that QT display it 16×9, you may change the Clip Properties (Com-J)
