16:9 dv footage – will i have problem while editing on Avid
i am shooting with my mini dv with 16:9 wide screen option.
will i have problem while editing this footage on avid…how will it look like when i capture it on avid….i still dont own a avid but wanna know if i must change my shooting mode or if its possible for me to edit this footage on avid xpress pro or xpress dv or liquid…..is it a problamatic thing to do….is it better to always shoot on 4: 3 mode.

Just make sure that you change Avid to 16:9 mode so that Title Tool will make anamorphic titles to match your video.
