    how are you all handling 16:9 out of AJA IOLA?
    I’m shooting Ikegami HL-45w switched to 16:9
    (don’t know if the chips are true 16:9 ratio or
    anamorphic or what) into FCP 5 and monitoring
    on sony NTSC that’s not 16:9 switchable and
    was expecting it to be letterboxed but it’s not.

    Is the sequence marked as Anamorphic? What did you capture it as? You have Anamorphic options.
