i’m confused by a message that pops on every launch of ppcc14…

my 4 day old 14″ i7 laptop has screen resolution set to its maximum 1366×768, yet on every launch of premiere pro cc, i get the
following message which confuses (the layout looks and feels fine once in the program):

“your screen resolution is below the minimum required 1024×768. please increase your screen resolution or adjust the dpi scaling setting in display preference to a smaller size”

why does ppcc pop this message? is it bogus or relevant?

ps. it stopped popping every since adobe tech remote controlled my unit (which I don’t think i’ll let them do again since they leave me no papertrail of the changes they make in the background. yikes!)

    any help appreciated.

Did you end up getting a response as to why this popped up? Or how to fix it?
I’m getting the same thing, even though the resolution is set to 1366×768.

either I checked the ‘do not bother me again’ box and don’t recall it, or the tech made it stop by doing that or something else. I don’t yet have confirmation on whether any changes were made.

I just kept going assuming ppcc message is erroneous as it looks fine and my resolution has been the standard for laptops forever.

Can you still use Premiere Pro if your pixel screen size is 1366 x 768? Does pp still work?
