    13.0.3 audio acquire problem

    Hi, our machine did auto upgrade of the system, OS 10.5.8. and some applications, including Quicktime (7.6.2). We have M100 13.0.3 installed (HDe) on a 2.6 Quad + 6 Gb RAM with

    Since that time we can’t acquire sound trough firewire coming form a SONY HVR-15A VTR. We hear a distorted and “blinking…” audio signal in the acquire window and it is acquired that way.

    Can you help us?

    This is a problem caused by QuickTime 7.6.2 and should be fixed in Media 100 V13.0.4
