1/3″ to 2/3″ Lens Mount Converter
Does anyone have any experience with the 1/3″ to 2/3″ bayonet mount lens adapters such as the ACM-17 listed on JVC’s site? If so, do they add a significant magnification?
I have a very nice 2/3″ wide angle that I’d like to mount to one of my JVC’s, but I want to make sure that the image is still going to be “wide angle”.

i try mount my wide angle 2/3 (canon 12×6.5 with extender) to my 1/2 sony dsr-300
no good idea, on borders lenses lost sharp, very difficult to use, after that i sell dsr-300 and buy dsr-570
but now i think about buy wide angle 1/2 for my jvc 201
please give me raport for results your experiment

I’ll let you know if I try it, but I’m a little hesitant to go for it without hearing that it’s been done successfully with good and desirable results. I don’t have money to burn on equipment that won’t work.
