    Hi,

I am using Sony Vegas Pro 9.

When I set my Project Properties to Width=1280 and Height=720, the Project size ends up as 1280x720x32. The 32 seems to add 32 pixels more to both the top and the bottom of the frame, but I do not see anywhere that I can reset that “32” paramater to “0”.

Can anyone tell me what the extra parameter is for, and how I can get rid of it?

The “x32” refers to the color depth of each pixel and not extra resolution.

    8-bits per color channel: R + G + B + Alpha = 32

..so, if you don´t need alpha channel information, 24 will be fine… is this correct ??

    kind regards
