    Hey guys, First time poster!

About to print my video to tape. My settings are as follows

    1280×720 (HDTV 720p (16:9)
    Square px
    Field dom (none)

I’m trying to print to tape (DV Tape) I dont mind it compressing to dv pal. This is just a master backup.

What i’m finding is that when i print to video it forces the video to letterbox with black bars. Is there a way to stretch it full screen? I have a feeling it has something to do with the pixel ratio.

    I hope this makes sense.

    Thanks in advance,

Are you try to print a 1280×720 sequence through FW to DV?
If you want to print DV, you need a DV sequence.

FC can not downscale that with quality in RT.
