1+2 to stereo
Hello, anyone know how to change a 1+2 audio SDI file in FCP into stereo. Am using 4.5 and if I right click on the clip in the browser it says no shortcuts?
Am basically stuck with a load of clips I batched in through cinewave tagra YUV embedded audio setting to 1+2 channels and need to make them stereo. Do I have to batch in all the clips again with a stereo audio setting?….OOooff!

The audio type cannot be changed if the media is online for a clip.
Select the clips and “Make Offline” with the “Keep on Disk” option selected. Now you can change the audio type to “Stereo” then choose Reconnect Media to get the media back.
