1080p and mixing some footage from DVDs
I have a project where the majority of the footage is 1080p 23.976 and I’m working in those sequence settings.
I’ll need to combine some footage from a DVD into this sequence, the DVDs are standard definition and interlaced.
What’s the best workflow (and programs) to get the footage off these DVD’s, de-interlace them, convert them to 23.976 and possibly
scale them up using a plug in?Thank you

You can import the VOB files in Premiere and to all what you need.
