1080p 25 fps to 23.98
Can someone tell me the best way to convert 1080p 25 fps to 23.98? I have done some tests with Cinematools to 23.98 which look pretty good but the clips are 4% slower. I tried to speed them up 4% in FCP but the results are not very good. Do I need to do some sort of pulldown? I have also tried this software called Twixtor which does a really good job with interviews but any fast action which most of my clips are (skiing) you get this weird artifacting. This footage is going on the big screen and TV so I need it to look its best. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The CinemaTool is the faster way and also the only one that keeps the full quality of your footage (no render).
The 4% speed difference may be an issue because the audio, but no because the picture. Impossible to notice that difference.
