1080i plus 720p in same timeline… best settings
Hello All,
I’m mixing 5 programs, one is in 1080i and the other 720p in the same timeline… have a Kona 3… what would you guys recommend as best setting for my new sequence… 1080i or 720p? Thanbks a bunch as always!Roland

your timeline should be whatever is the dominate format.

You do not need to mix formats in the same timeline.
The Kona 3 can cleanly cross convert HD formats on capture. Pick whichever format you have the most footage (or whatever format you are required to deliver in)
