1080i HD slowed down speed jidders
I have tried many different filters on this 1080i footage when changing the Speed to 50% and it flickers big time. I used flicker filter and smooth cam.
any ideas?

Have you unchecked frame blending? have you bounced out to Motion and tried optical flow?

Yep.. the unchecked frame blending did it.
I didn’t want to spend ther time going to Motion but a little Flicker filter gives it the final touch.
