1080 29.97psf question
I have a project coming up that is being shot on HDCAM at 1080 29.97psf and I was wondering if anyone had and thoughts about working with that format in FCP 4.5? Of course the deliverable is going to be 1080i 59.94.
We have a Kona 2 card running on a dual 2.5 g5.
Is there any reason why I could not capture and edit as if it were 1080i 59.94?any advice would be great

I’ve noticed this as well. Should work fine. Would recommend offlining in DVCPRO100 rather than 1080i uncompressed.
