so far only one machine, a dual 2 G5… 6 gigs of ram… no aja hardware (not one of our “edit” boxes)
really not a big deal, started a few minutes after restart and ended shortly there after…. nothing else to speak of since.

I tried it. It seems fine so far. One thing is that if I run repair permissions, it does a whole lot of things it didn’t used to. Almost all of the Widgets get “changed to use special permissions” whatever that means. And it does it everytime, so it doesn’t appear to actually be repairing them. I tried it with Safe Boot and it still says the same thing.

Same here…..they cycle on and off every 15 seconds or so even when no apps are loaded. It’s very annoying! Before the upgrade, it was silent.
