When you say the order of images gets messed up, is it because your files don’t have leading zeros?

For instance, if your files are labled:

• file 1
• file 2
• …
• file 9
• file 10
• …
• file 20

Is the process order:

• file 1
• file 10
• …
• file 19
• file 2
• file 20

If that looks like what’s happening, just rename the first files to be:

• file 01
• file 02
• etc…
