Activity Forums Adobe Encore DVD 1 audio loop during multiple menus

    Hi all,
I ‘m having a problem with using background music during navigation in multiple menus. I’m working with multiple menus and have 1 audio loop of about 2 minutes. I would like for this loop to play on, regardless of switching between menus. Now, when I change between menus, it starts again at the starting point. Is it possible to use 1 audio track during navigation in multiple menus. I hope you can help me…
    Thanks
    Ann

That’s not possible in DVD-Video. Not even Hollywood can do that.

    hi,
that´s only possible with blu-ray and multi-layer menus.

    cheers

Thanks Danny, but I’m planning to switch to Bluray, anyhow, so that might be rather sooner than later now. How do I get it to work blu-ray then?
    Thanks

    well,
first of all, you input-material needs to be HD.

then you need create a PSD-file for the menu following encore layer-order and namings.

then you can create your BD-menu, if you like with a moving background as well.

I couldn´t go to much in detail here, but I´m sure there are several tutorials available for this.

    cheers
