    Hi All

Hope this is the correct forum. My work has been shooting a series on Panasonic 101s, recording onto Sound Device’s PIX SSDs. When looking at all the media files on the drives there seem to be some files which are numbered in the same way as the rest of them but have a file size of 0KB.

Could anyone explain these files? Are they database files?

    Thanks in advance

That’d be a question for Sound Devices tech support. I’d guess they are just additional files that are created for whatever reason- but have nothing to do with anything you care about. As long as you’re not losing actual shots, I’d not worry.
