.01% Audio Stretch/ Compress
Is anyone using software only to do a .01% audio Stretch/Compress? I am looking for a cheap way to do this for entire feature films. If there is not a good software way to do it, what is the cheapest pro tools setup I can get that can do this?

SoundTrackPro on the Mac side can do this. I believe Adobe Audition can do this on the Windows side. Both are around $300 or so and can be bought for less if you have an upgrade path.
