Since upgrading to 7.1 I’ve noticed that any export from Premiere via the ‘Queue’ button to AME results in an exported file that has zero hour timecode regardless of the sequence timecode. Exporting using the ‘Export’ button and letting Premiere do the encode is fine, just when exporting via AME.

I have a 25fps sequence and have tried multiple export codecs including various MXF Op1a, DNxHD and Uncompressed QuickTimes.

    I’m running Windows 7 .

Has anyone else encountered this, I’ve got 3 systems and they all do the same thing.

I’ve checked that the zero hour check box in the export settings is off.

    Luke,

I sent a reply to your bug report, but wanted to reply here as well in case it will help others seeing this issue.

We are aware of the issue and plan to fix it in a future release. In the mean time, the workaround is to open the Export Settings dialog in AME prior to exporting. Doing this will ensure your timecode is respected.
