
EdMon Expands as AI-Driven Post Production Workflows Gains Traction in Sweden and Beyond

Edmon, a fast-growing AI media tech startup, is scaling rapidly after strong adoption in Sweden and the Netherlands. Since its launch in October 2024, Edmon’s AI-powered software has been embraced by nearly 20 TV productions, revolutionizing how content is logged, sorted, and edited.
Leading the charge is Angelina Jönsson, CEO and Co-Founder of Edmon, who has driven early success with key industry players. To fuel further growth, Rickard Tscherning joined EdMon on April 7 as Business Development & Customer Success Manager. With 13 years at leading Swedish production houses within the Banijay Group—and a deep network in reality and factual entertainment across the Nordics and Europe, Rickard is set to expand Edmon’s reach.

Edmon integrates seamlessly with Avid Media Composer and Adobe Premiere Pro, letting teams instantly search and uncover content in unscripted post-production. By automating tedious tasks like logging and sorting, EdMon frees up time for teams to focus on storytelling.
With accelerating traction, Edmon is eyeing further expansion and plans to roll out new AI features later this year.
