Digital Nirvana Wins 2023 NAB Show Product of the Year Award

Digital Nirvana, a provider of leading-edge media-monitoring and metadata generation services, today announced that its MediaServicesIQ Version 2 is an AI/Machine Learning category winner in the 2023 NAB Show Product of the Year Awards. This official awards program recognizes some of the most significant and promising new products and technologies showcased by exhibitors at NAB Show.

MediaServicesIQ Version 2 gives Digital Nirvana customers the ability to access AI technologies easily all in one place. It is the gateway to Digital Nirvana’s tech stack — the bedrock of the company’s flagship media applications and custom metadata solutions. All of these solutions use advanced AI and machine learning (ML) capabilities to streamline media production, postproduction, and distribution workflows.

News producers, editors, archive managers, and others in the broadcast, sports, and media and entertainment markets can go through MediaServicesIQ to access a full suite of AI and ML tools to enhance their media workflows. These include the company’s speech-to-text, visual data intelligence, content classification, automatic segmentation, and other core capabilities.

Users can access MediaServicesIQ via a portal, with APIs, or through any of Digital Nirvana’s products. The solution enables users to share a live stream or an offline asset and choose to receive various insights from the content (audio, video, text, images). Having a large set of cognitive services running in the background, with the ability to consume them via front-end applications, is an industry first.

NAB Show Product of the Year Award winners were selected by a panel of industry experts in 15 categories and announced in a live awards ceremony at NAB Show on April 18. To be eligible for an award, nominated products had to come from companies exhibiting at the 2023 NAB Show and be delivered within the 2023 calendar year.
