Cut+Run Welcomes Brian Stanley As Executive Producer, San Francisco

Cut+Run is excited to welcome Brian Stanley as Executive Producer of the company’s San Francisco office. Brian has been a longstanding member of the San Francisco advertising community. He has worked for top agencies in the Bay Area producing projects for Venables Bell & Partners, Heat, Pereira O’Dell, Goodby Silverstein & Partners, and Muhtayzik Hoffer and brands such as Facebook, Microsoft, Square, and Apple.

“Being an agency producer for many years, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for living and working in the Bay Area,” Brian relays. “This is an exciting opportunity to bring my experience to a community that fosters creativity and innovation.”

“We are thrilled to add Brian to the team,” says Cut+Run Managing Partner Michelle Eskin. “From our very first meeting with Brian it was clear he had the vision to help us further develop the Cut+Run SF office as we write the company’s next chapter together.”

Brian first connected with Cut+Run San Francisco as a client during his time as an agency producer and enjoyed several years collaborating with the company on a variety of projects.

“We’re delighted to have Brian join our team in San Francisco. He brings with him a diverse wealth of experience and an amazing network of collaborators from all over the industry,” says Cut+Run Partner/Editor Pete Koob. “Brian and I have known each other for several years as client and editor and from the moment we began talking about this position, it all felt very natural, fluid and fun. I’m excited to see what we can accomplish working together now as colleagues.”

Brian’s childhood was steeped in Hollywood, where he experienced a firsthand view of the film and television production community. Prior to bringing his passion for producing and storytelling to the advertising realm, Brian enjoyed a decade in television post production on a wide variety of content including programs for NBC, Nat Geo, Spike, ABC Family, VH1 and Discovery.

“In many respects, joining Cut+Run is like coming home,” Brian explains. ”I’m excited to be among friends with whom I have collaborated countless times as a client, and who are the ultimate partners in any creative process. I truly believe that the best work comes when people are happy and supported, and it is an honor to be welcomed by a company who is deeply committed to the same.”
