Creation Effects releases Landscaper for After Effects
Creation Effects has unveiled a new tool for creating and animating 3D landscapes in Adobe After Effects. The “Landscaper” package includes a library of 1,000 landscape elements for building a variety of nature scenes such as beaches, jungles, deserts, winter wonderlands, or epic fantasy worlds.
After Effects users of all experience levels can use this template to quickly build their custom landscape, add bodies of water, insert 3D titles in the landscape, and animate their camera to move through the scene. Included are a variety of custom effects for enhancing the landscape, such as fog, waterfalls, rainbows, and wind. The template includes 30 finished landscapes from around the world, that users can customize to suit their needs, or render as they are.
The landscapes have an automatic sky feature that lets users adjust the lighting, color, and mood of their scene with a single “Clock” control. This allows them to instantly see their scene at sunset, nighttime, or dawn, and the sun, moon, and stars appear at their appropriate time.
