CC Power Pin After Effects Tutorial

CC Power Pin is an effect that helps transform your layer to fit into a certain space. Similar to Corner Pin but with more options, it is perfect for altering your layer to fit a required perspective without distortion.

CC Power Pin lets you set four corner tracking pins in a variety of ways. Enter coordinates, select the target and click on the screen, or simply drag the corner points of your layer into the proper position.

There is a perspective setting. This is useful if you’ve had to pin your layer into an area that has differing dimensions. Alter the perspective to help avoid any elongation or compression that may have occurred.

Finally, the expansion field lets you bring out/in a side of your layer. This can offer a quicker fix than adjusting two corner pins individually.
