  Simple keyframing of sound clip in Sony Vegas Pro 9.0

  I’m new to Vegas Pro so please bear with me. Say, how do you do the simplest of things with it. I have an audio track that I need to lower the volume of, not in the whole track but, say from 1:10 to 1:30 only. I can’t seem to find the way to keyframe it. Is there any other technique to do it?

  Right-click the track and insert a Volume envelope (or just highlight the track and press the V key). A blue line will appear running down the track. You can add keyframes to this by double-clicking the line but the easiest way is to make a timeline selections over the section you want to affect and then just pull the line up or down to raise or lover just that sections volume.
