How to make effect of numbers, that are increasing?
I mean I wish to put in about 10 pictures of riding car and show it’s speed as text, and to add some life in that, i wish that speed would look like speedometer- it will begin at 0 km/h and then very quickly change it to 100 km/h , although in the process it must show all the other speeds between 0 and 100.

Here’s an idea that could work.
Build yourself a dial instead of the arrow, something that looks like the speedometer needle.

Thinking about this further, if you can shoot the speedometer with a steady fixed camera then you can use your velocity feature to make the dial go up, down, slow or fast. That would be the easiest solution.
