    Hey guys,
I’ve recently came across a problem that has never happened to me before. Well i’ve been asked to edit a project for someone, and somehow i managed to drag the “Edit generated text media” box off the screen, and i haven’t the slightest clue how to restore this page to the centre.

Help would be very much appreciated.

    All the best, Jack.

If you hold down CTRL+SHIFT while starting up Vegas it will reset the defaults back to its original settings.

I believe you asked this in another forum and I mentioned the CTRL-SHIFT action. Just remember that you will lose any of your personalized settings that way. Someone else had seuggested increasing your screen resolution (make everything smaller) which should show you where the windpw went and you can drag it back to the middle and then reset your resolution.

Wondering: Why did I answer this twice?

I’ve just tried it, it’s not working, nor is alt/d + 1. Any other ideas, thanks.

As long as everyone is answering twice. 😉

You could also use View | Window Layouts | Default Layout to put all of the windows back in their place.

Jack, did you try my suggestions in the other thread where you posted this question?
