  Problem With Sony Vegas

  I don’t know why but I have this problem with Sony Vegas that everytime I try to render video in wmv format and as HD if it has speed up effect in it (CTRL) then when I render it it always comes out black screen altough in the preview in Sony it shows up normaly why is this?

  Ps: I have Sony Vegas 8 Platinium Edition.

  Do you have the actual events on the timeline selected for render? It sounds like you may have a blank portion of the timeline looped for render. Make sure your loop is inclusive of your footage that is intended for render and you have in the render settings, “render loop region” checked.

  hello all… Why is it that my new Movie Studio 9 software (that produces .vf files) doesnt recognise my old .veg files? ggrrrrr

  Vegas can open *.vf files but Move Studio can’t (and never has been able to) open *.veg files.

  Oh.. so “Vegas Movie Studio” isnt “Vegas”.?
  Thats a pain.I didnt know that.
  So what is ‘Vegas’?
  and what do I need to open .veg files?

  Vegas Pro 9. The others are lite versions with limited abilities.
