  Vegas Pro 9: HDV Print to Tape not working under XP

  Found that tape capture is fine but time timeline cannot be printed back to tape. Camcorder is recognised and programme goes through the motions but there is no output to tape. Camcorder switches into record mode but there is no tape movement.

  Vegas Pro 8 works fine under XP.
  Vegas Pro 9 also print to tape under Windows 7 once the legacy firewire driver is installed.

  Any ideas?

  Working under XP:
  I have found that an .m2t file written by Vegas 8(XP) or Vegas 9(running under Win7) can be printed to tape.

  A similar file prepared running XP cannot be written to tape.
