Keyframing options and sync cursor missing

> All of a sudden I lost my key framing buttons and sync cursor at the bottom of all effects..Anyone know what button may have hit?

Hover your mouse over the bottom of the windows until your cursor turns into a black double arrow (up/down). Then click and pull up. It’s hard to catch sometimes so very slowly from the bottom of the window hover your cursor slowly toward the top until it looks like this:

If memory serves me correct this can also happen from left to right as well as up and down
