  face blur?

  is there a way to blur face/s and keep the blur on or following the face/s on vegas pro 8.0? if so how?

  Yes, you can duplicate your track, blur the upper track and mask the part you need to blur with the event pan/crop tool. To change the position of the mask in time, you can either keyframe the position/size of the mask or you can use a motion tracker, such as the Vegas plugin Boris FX

  excellent! thanx heaps..also is there a way to make a circle when masking it?

  Yes, to make a mask of a circel shape, you can use the Sony cookie cutter (which is one of the FX you will find in the FX tab). This one is also keyframeble.
