How can I change the font color in Photoshop?
I am still jumping through hoops because of the Media Generators bug.
I set up a new template in Photoshop, and just need to change the font color to a pale yellow.
Can anyone please give me simple, step-through instructions on changing the font color to a pale yellow?

At the bottom of the main toolbar, you should see overlapping black and white boxes (foreground and background colours).
Click the one that’s on top and it brings up a box called Color Picker.
Change the RGB values to 255-255-0 (pure yellow) as a starting point.
Now either slide the selector in the main box around or play with the S and B (Saturation and Brightness) values until you get the colour you want.
This assumes you haven’t entered any text yet.
If you have, double-click the text to highlight it and then proceed as I just described.

Mike, I checked both Drop Shadow, and Outer Glow. The text has a nice charcoal halo around it, but for some reason it also has a white halo outside of the charcoal one.
How can I get the charcoal halo, without the white one?
Outer glow specs:
Blend Mode is screen
Opacity 75%
Noise 0%
Technique Softer
Spread 40%
Size 40%
Quality is Contour
Range is 50%
Jitter is 0%Drop Shadow
Blend mode is Multiply
Opacity 75%
Distance 5 px
Spread 0
Size 5 px
Quality is Contour
