  Star Filter Effect

  Is there anywhere I can get a Star Filter effect (not the lens flare)? I have candles in a video that I would like to place a star effect on the flame, and be able to choose whether it is a 4 star or 6 star ect. I also need to be able to keep it on the candle while the video is moving or panning. This is done by keyframing, right?

  Toggle with the new Glint filter you should
  get exactly what you are looking for….and even
  without the need for keyframing.

  Thanks for pointing that out. It is not on Version 8. But I am putting a link to get it free.
