  Moving pixels on still image (on youtube)

  If you look at this video, you can see that before and after the fading of the images, when the photos are supposed to stand still. You can see moving pixels, the images does not appear still.

  How do I solve this? I have tested all kinds of settings. You don’t have this problem if you use the HD or HQ button, nor watching on the PC instead of YouTube.

  It’s the encoder using more pixels to represent the still image over time. There is no way to stop this at low bit-rates; it’s just the nature of a low-bitrate encode.
