  Make only part of a screen transparent?

  I’m trying to make a video clip transparent but at the same time, have a small block in the middle that is 100% opaque. How can I do this?

  Add the Cookie Cutter FX to the event and adjust the shape and size, and choose the method: Cut away section. This will create a transparent hole in your video which will show through to the track below.
