  Can I help jumpy 16mm film?

  Hello, I had some 16mm film converted to tape & a few sections have a little bit of jumpiness or stutter to them. Is there anything I can do to make that go away or look a little better? I’m using Vegas 7.

  Your transfer company should have been able to fix that for you.
