    Hello there,

My project setting is HDV 1080-50i (1440×1080, 25.000 fps).
I have problem when I rendered it in WMV, it just stucked when it reaches 53% of the video, and I waited for long and tried and tried with different computers, but it’s always the same results.

I also tried rendering before/at the “point” that when it got stucked, and it works fine. I also tried rendering it in other format (i.e. mpeg) and it works fine as well.

But it just doesn’t work when I rendered it in WMV when I start from beginning till the end of the video- and I really need it in that format.

    Anyone knows what’s going here?

    Please advise.

    Thanks.

I don’t know what’s going on but rendering to WMV is a lot more processor intensive than rendering to MPEG2. It could be that your processor is overheating? Do you have enough ventilation? Do you overclock your PC? You could always render to AVI and then download the free Windows Media Encoder to create the WMV file if all else fails.

I’ve tried different PCs and they appeared to be the same.

I’ve tried the MPEG2 format and it’s also the same!!

    I’m really not sure why.

Any other way to get around it?
