  Crossfade Curve Default-Vegas 8c

  How do I set a default crossfade curve. The Tip on Page 105 of the user manual says it can be set and refers the user to the Editing tab (Pg 362). I tried changing the Video Default Type (I went through the list of six choices, from Linear to Hold), but none seemed to change the Crossfade style of my video crossfades. I would like to set the default to the one shown in the top-left corner of figure 3.28 in Douglas Spotted Eagle’s Editing Workshop book. Thanks, Bill.
