  Sony vegas Audio Problem

  When i try to add any type of music to my project other then the music from the video, you can not hear it.

  The sound bars do not move and no music is playing. There is a short burst of sound from the clip right when you play but thats all.
  It also drastically slows down sony vegas (not the computer).

  Any solutions??

  What format is the music you are trying to add to your project? Try using a WAV file or MP3. Those should work fine.
