  Vector Graphics with Vegas Pro?

  I feel stupid. I’ve been editing video’s from the analoge era (with Matrox hardware rendering boards) to the digital era and just started with Vegas Pro (previously Premiere).

  Does anyone know how I can add vector graphics to Vegas Pro?
  I have spend hours searching for vector graphics in relation to Vegas Pro but cannot find anything.

  Let’s say I create a title with text but I want a line below it and red square at the beginning.

  Must I make these graphics in Photoshop and save them as a transparant PNG and import and place them in Vegas Pro? These kind of graphics always seem more blurry than a vector graphic created in the main editing program. Surely there must be a better way?

  You can use generated media or the ProType Titler to do these sorts of graphics, this way they’re not blurry.
  Or, save as PNG in Photoshop, they’ll stay crisp regardless.
